Zhang Ziyi Is Stunning At The Japan Premiere Of 'The Banquet'

I had given up on Zhang Ziyi on making me excited again, but now I realize I had been wrong. She was just so stunning at the Japan premiere of The Banquet on May 28, I actually forgot about that ugly annoying Caucasian boyfriend of hers that I know humps her in all the wrong fucking places.

ZARD's Izumi Sakai Is Dead

ZARD's singer Izumi Sakai died from head injuries after an accident. She was 40.

Sakai fell about three meters from the slope outside Keio University Hospital in Tokyo's Shinjuku-ku, apparently while taking a walk. The slope was slippery due to rain.

A passerby found her lying on the ground at about 5:40 a.m. on Saturday. She had suffered head injuries, and was confirmed dead on Sunday.

Sakai underwent an operation to remove a uterine tumor in June last year. She had been staying at Keio University Hospital since April this year, after the cancer was found to have spread to her lungs, and treatment was going well, according to her agency.

Sakai made her debut in 1991 as a vocalist with Zard with "Good-bye My Loneliness." "Makenaide" (Don't give up), released in 1993, became a great hit and was used as background music for the opening parade of the National High School Baseball Tournament in the spring of 1994. The 1997 album "Zard Blend" sold 2.5 million copies.

"We hope that Izumi Sakai, along with her hit songs, will remain in the memory of her fans," an agency spokesman said.

Sakai was to release a new album of songs in autumn this year and was planning a concert tour.

Vicky Zhao's 'The Longest Night In Shanghai' To Open In June

Vicky Zhao's latest movie, The Longest Night In Shanghai, which also stars Japanese actor Masahiro Motoki, is slated for public release on June 26.

The film is about the encounter of a Japanese hair designer with a Chinese woman taxi driver in the modern metropolis of Shanghai. Longing for a break from the daily routine, they spend a special night together in the modern city.

Actress Vicky Zhao described her own role as that of "a sweet heart concealed inside a tough appearance". For her performance in the film, she was awarded the most popular actress at the 14th Beijing Student Film Festival in April.

The film is expected to compete at the box office this summer with other blockbusters like "Pirates of the Caribbean III" and "Transformers".

Eva Huang Copies Christina Aguilera

Alright, today is probably Eva Huang day, because these photos of her keep popping up all over the place. Here are some recent shots she did for a magazine, where she seems to be copying Christina Aguilera, which is confusing because why would a stunningly lovely girl like her would want to look skanky? Who has an idea please raise his dick.

Eva Huang Sings!

Well, what do you know. I turn my back for a moment and here's Eva Huang singing at a small concert in Dongguan, China. She doesn't need wings to convince me she's an angel. I'll click on these pictures to get a larger view, if I were you.

Zhang Ziyi Chats With Her Fans

If you're a fan of Zhang Ziyi, as no doubt you are, you can actually chat with her online at the new forum of her website, HelloZiyi. But that is, if you can understand and read hardcore Chinese. These photos were taken during the recent launch of the said forum. Well, to be really frank with you guys, can you really expect Ziyi to sit all day and chat with her stupid, probably teenaged fans, answering all sorts of inane questions? Probably not, and maybe she'll hang out more with that ugly repulsive smelly Caucasian boyfriend of hers (browse the sidebar and click the Zhang Ziyi category to see who I mean) but you can leave a comment and pretend you have made a difference in this world.

Some fag interviews Zhang Ziyi, and instead of answering, she just smiles and looks off-cam. Isn't this entire exercise so very smart?

Eva Huang's Bikini Photos

For those of you who haven't yet seen these Eva Huang (or Huang Shengyi) photos, here they are. Eva, as you remember, was the mute lollipop girl in Stephen Chow's Kung-fu Hustle. There was some legal battle between Stephen and Eva a few years back because of these bikini photos, which Eva did outside of her contract with Stephen.

Okay, enough with that sad history. There are many exciting things happening with Eva these days that I'm posting soon, aside from the obvious fact that she seems to be getting lovelier and lovelier. So watch out.

Charlie Yeung's post-Africa press conference

Charlie Yeung during a press conference after returning from a UNICEF-sponsored trip to Africa. Doesn't she look so happy to be through all that gruesome charity work she probably didn't actually like?

Vanness Wu, who looks as irritating as ever, spoils this photo. Let me go to Taiwan okay and beat the beejesus out of this dude.

Miss Japan Riyo Mori Is Miss Universe 2007

Miss Japan Riyo Mori, one of my very very personal favorites, took the Miss Universe Crown. See, that's what I've been harping about. Asian babes are exceptionally hot, I have been sure one of them will easily take it.

One thing that makes me so sad about this photo is the presence of Donald Trump. He's inescapable, like carbon fucking dioxide.

And feast your eyes once again boys on this swimsuit round with Riyo. Notice how she's all perky as she walks down the ramp; she easily stands out just by being so doable. Others may see it as "excessive," but I take it as just about right.

Miss Korea Honey Lee is Miss Universe 2007's "most popular"

Miss Korea Honey Lee has won an unofficial popularity vote of 2007 Miss Universe contestants. She was trailed by Miss Venezuela and Miss Greece.

The international beauty pageant website Global Beauties selected Lee as a candidate for the most popular contender among the 77 participants of this year's Miss Universe beauty pageant.

A day earlier, Lee was chosen as the "Face of the Universe" for her perfect facial features and smile.

On May 23, Lee's party dress modeled after the traditional Korean costume "hanbok" was chosen the best traditional dress.

Thus, Lee has won three unofficial titles ahead of the 56th Miss Universe competition slated for May 28 in Mexico.

Lee also took fourth place in Global Beauties' photogenic contest and made the list of top-15 beauties who were selected through interviews with the jury.
